Food Grade EPDM Delivery Hose For Steam And Hot Water
Applications:
For steam cleaning at temperatures up to +165 C (Red cover only) and hot water washing in food processing plants. Also for transfer of hot liquid foodstuffs. ID 9.5 to 25.4mm, suitable for reel mounted applications. When the medium is steam, in order to avoid bursting, special needling should be done on the outer layer of the hose. Construction:
Ultra high temperature type
Tube: White EPDM, high temperature resistant, smooth.
Reinforcement: High temperature resistant and high strength synthetic fiber.
Cover: Red EPDM
Temperature range:
Water: -40 C to +100 C, WP = 20 bar/10 bar.
Saturated or superheated steam: +120 C for blue cover; +165 C for red cover, WP = 6 bar, ID?25.4mm.
Standard/Approval:
FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, GB 4806.11-2016.
